About Talvix
We build the systems that do the work
Talvix Technologies exists because the gap between an impressive AI demo and a system a business can depend on is enormous — and almost all of it is engineering, not modelling.
Mission
To put autonomous systems to work on the operational load that currently consumes our clients' teams — measurably, and without asking them to take our word for it.
Vision
A near future where most routine business process runs autonomously, supervised by people who set the goals and handle the genuinely hard cases — and where that transition happened carefully enough to be trusted.
Our approach
Why agentic, why now
For most of the last decade, applying AI to a business process meant training a narrow model for a narrow task. That worked, but every new task started from zero.
What changed is that current models can reliably use tools, follow multi-step plans, and recognise when they have gone wrong. That turns AI from a component you embed into a system that can own a process end to end — provided someone does the engineering around it. That engineering is what we do.
Production is the only proof
A demo shows a model can do something once. We care whether a system does it reliably, on your data, at your volume, on a Tuesday when an upstream API is timing out.
Autonomy is earned incrementally
Agents start narrow and supervised. Scope widens only as the evaluation suite shows the system handles the current scope well. Nobody should hand an agent the keys on day one.
Determinism where you can get it
Every step that can be a plain function should be a plain function. Models are for judgement, not for arithmetic the compiler could have done — that keeps systems cheaper, faster, and far easier to debug.
Legible by default
If you cannot see what the system did and why, you cannot trust it or improve it. Full run tracing is a starting requirement, not an add-on.
Team
Who you'll work with
Small, senior, and directly involved. The people who scope your project are the people who build it.
Your Name
Founder & Principal Engineer
Leads architecture and delivery across every engagement, from process mapping through production rollout.
Open Role
AI Engineer
Retrieval systems, evaluation harnesses, and the unglamorous work of making agents behave predictably.
Open Role
Automation Engineer
Integrations, workflow orchestration, and keeping long-running processes durable under real load.
Which process would you automate first?
Bring us one workflow that costs your team real hours. We'll tell you honestly whether an agent is the right tool for it — and what it would take to build.
